which location and service works best for you.
Once the above is determined, we will set the time and date and collect a 50% deposit to reserve the appointment. If this is your first time with us, you will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire. (Please visit our Forms tab for this document). This medical information will not be sold or shared, and stored securely for your privacy.
You will be contacted by text or phone call the night before your session date and the morning of. We look forward to working with you!
