Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy and  Principles

We promise  the following:

Our data collection is limited to the purpose stated below and our processing fit the activities and the purpose for which your personal information was gathered.

We will do our best to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.


What personal data you collect (Phone numbers, email addresses, first names, last names )     Why  this personal data is collected (to administer out loyalty and discount programs, to communicate with  you  for confrontation of bookings and upcoming  promotions )

Who  this personal data might be shared with. Third parties  we  work with for processing and  who are able to ensure an adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. 

We  may disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so.   We do reserve the right to aggregate usage data to measure the performance of our applications, but no identifiable personal information will  be disclosed to third parties.

POLICIES

Bookings and Cancellations

Out of consideration for our time and of other clients who may want to book on the same dates or times, 50% of the cost of service is charged at time of booking. If you need to cancel please do so early. Cancellations must be done at least 16 hrs prior to appointment time, preferably via text the day before the appointment date.  However, CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER will result in  the loss of the 50% held at time of booking.

Late arrivals

We allot a transitional period between sessions to allow the therapist to clean, setup,  and ground themselves to provide a great service to each client. This allows you a grace period if you're running late, but we will not extend the session if it inconveniences our next client.


What happens if  the provider, is late? 


If that should happen (which should be a rare occurrence), we apologize sincerely and will compliment you an extra 30 minutes on your current session if we have the time to accommodate it that day. Or, you can choose to either schedule for a future complimentary 30 minute session or have it added to a future service of your choosing. If we end up having to reschedule your appointment due to an unforeseen event, the service appointment type originally planned is completely on us, free of charge and can be rescheduled to another date of your choosing.

Anti-Discrimination Policy

 It is our policy to treat all clients with respect and  dignity whatever their race, color, ethnicity, sex, religion, age, gender identity or disability.

Cleanliness

In order to enhance the experience, we suggest showering or sprucing up a bit prior to the session as a courtesy to your provider and future clients throughout the service day. 

Response To COVID-19

We are taking additional steps to insure client safety.  Before treatment, the  client fills a health and contact questionnaire, and both client and staff are required to wear a mask, take a temperature test and apply hand sanitizer.  Masks are available for our guests at check-in.


Before and after each session, the the therapist thoroughly washes their hands  with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds.

  • After every session, all sheets, towels, and the cover for the head rest are removed and placed in bags and sent to wash.
  • Objects that may be  handled in a session e.g., massage stools, tables, bolsters, stretch equipment, lotion bottles, door handles, counter tops, cabinet  door handles are sprayed with and wiped down with a disinfectant product that meets EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
  •  Employees thoroughly wash their hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before before touching and replacing  clean linens which are stored in closed cabinetry.
  •  Also, appointment times may be staggered to allow more time for the therapist to perform the these enhanced cleaning procedures.
